Elaine’s Caribbean Crochet is a successful applicant of the CATAPULT | A Caribbean Arts Grant 2022.
Catapult received 436 applications in a diverse selection of disciplines from twenty-three countries all across the Caribbean. Elaine’s was selected amongst 299 other applicants to receive a grant of USD$500.
Kingston Creative and the American Friends of Jamaica introduce the second round of CATAPULT Arts Grant funding. This is an emergency COVID-19 relief fund for Caribbean creatives. The programme aims to provide urgent relief to professional creatives for whom art is their primary or sole source of income. CATAPULT supports artists who have suffered financial losses due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the resultant social restrictions across the Caribbean.
