Minds in Motion: Youth Workshop

Like the careful rhythm of crochet, where each loop connects and builds upon the last, our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are also interwoven, shaping how we experience the world.

Minds in Motion: The Art of Mental Health is a creative wellness series designed to help participants explore this connection through mindful crafting and guided reflection.

This pilot workshop is proudly presented in collaboration with Knots With Love, uniting creativity and care in support of mental wellness.
